VPM’s MPCOE Velneshwar being the self financed Engineering institute in Maharashtra, caters to mostly rural students, offering 5 UG programs in engineering faculty of diverse fields. Programs are affiliated to University of Mumbai and approved by AICTE, New Delhi & accredited by NAAC.
At VPM’s MPCOE Velneshwar we have set high standard for ourselves in all our endeavors, and we aim at achieving excellence by creating all-rounded professionals with a regard for social concern. Towards this direction, efforts are being put continuously to adopt best practices in teaching-learning process, keeping student at the heart and focusing on learning outcomes. To align with our teaching-learning process, we have state-of-the-art laboratories equipped with modern tools and techniques over and above the University requirement. Human resource is the most important part of any organization and front-end of education system. All our processes are complemented by highly dedicated well qualified, profusely knowledgeable team of faculty members who nurture the students in all dimensions and all fields. Academic ambience at VPM’s MPCOE Velneshwar stimulates open and flexible learning that enhances lateral thinking, problem solving abilities, ability to take initiatives and work collaboratively. Curriculum based theoretical and practical knowledge dissemination is augmented by industry-defined projects providing exposure to real life and real time problems. Such an experiential learning prepares individuals for future requirements in career paths and makes them industry ready. While attaining academic excellence is very important, we also recognize the importance of personality development that happens outside the classroom. We support and encourage sports and cultural activities including NSS participation through student’s council.
