GRIEVANCE CELL INFORMATION
The Ministry of Human Resource Development [MHRD], Government of India and University of Mumbai [UoM], Government of Maharashtra has emphasized that there is a need of structured mechanism for online registration as well as disposal of the grievances of students/faculty/stakeholders in every Institution approved by AICTE and UoM.
VPM's Maharshi Parshuram College of Engineering, Velneshwar has established Online Grievance Redressal Cell as per AICTE Circular F. No.: 1-1 01/DPG/AICTE/Regulation/2017, dated: 20th February 2017 and No. DSD/05/of 2019, dated: 20th May 2019. College Principal is the head of this Cell and all the Heads of Departments are members of this Cell.
Grievance Redressal Cell deals with all types of grievances, complaints and malpractices including those received from Students, Faculty and other Stakeholders.

Engrieved students can register online complaint for
- Issues related to Ragging
- Non refund of fees by AICTE approved institutions
- Non return of original certificates
- Disobedience of norms and standards
- Non refund of security amount
- Violation of admission rules
- Hostel related issues
- Delay in declaration of results
Engrieved Staff can register online complaint for
- Refusal for leave
- Provident fund related issues
- Salary related issues
Engrieved Stakeholders can register online complain for
- Basic facilities like water, electricity etc.
Procedure for Online grievance disposal
- Online complaints are received at grievance.mpcoe@vpmmpcoe.org
- Analyze the grievance to identify areas of recurrent grievances
- Grievance is sent through email to concerned department
- At department level, careful analysis of grievance is to be done
- Continuous monitoring of disposal status by coordinator
- If no response is received from concerned department then reminder shall be sent
- Disposal of grievance to be intimated online to engrieved person
- Finally disposal is reported and noted
- Disposal report is intimated to AICTE
